"GINA'S PICKS" and "STORE FAVES" are brought to you by PHOUNTAIN™ and is written by Gina Morra, proactive lifestyle ProPHet. For more information on some amazing wellness products, visit www.PH4LF.com or come down to one of our 8 Phountain stores.
Gina Morra is a self-proclaimed health and wellness advocate/enthusiast and registered 200 hour yoga teacher (actively in training for her RYT 500 hour certification). She began her career with Phountain in September, 2015 and currently manages the Commack, NY location. Gina feels grateful to have been “cursed” with poor health growing up. She says, “It forced me to clean up my lifestyle and gave me a direction and purpose.” In her mid-twenties, Gina decided to take charge of her declining health. “Mystery” digestive issues, fatigue, hormone imbalances and depression left her, her parents and doctors stumped. Through the journey of life, research, trial and error, diet and lifestyle changes and many years of asking questions, Gina considers herself revived with energy and more focused, happy and fulfilled. She accredits the holistic world and learning what nourishes her body (including a regular yoga practice) to giving her a so-called second chance at life! Now Gina thrives on sharing her knowledge in preventative healthcare, eating well, drinking alkaline water, the power of greens and maybe to convince you to try some yoga!
